20 MIN SEATED YOGA || Deep Stretches for Relaxation & Flexibility π«Ά easy on hands & wrists
De-stress and release tension with this 20 min seated and on the floor Hatha Yoga class. We'll explore some deeper stretches for the lower body (hips and legs) such as butterfly, pigeon and half cow face, but we'll also take some time to release tension from our shoulders and (lower) back.
