Kim & Brie are back! This time they’re here to give you some tips on how to comfortably celebrate the holidays after a TBI. Post Concussion Syndrome can make holidays even more overwhelming than usual, but some forethought and planning can help. The TBI Rockstars guide you through some of their own holiday experiences post brain injury.

So happy you did this post I am a fellow Concussion Compass warrior. This is Cheryl not Christa. My profile was set up by my daughter. It is confusing. You gals rock!

NO ONE UNDERSTANDS. MY FAMILY DOESN'T UNDERSTAND.
this is Kelly (not Jed, my husband) can't figure out how to get out of his and into my account. but oh well.
i love your videos and blog. i wanted to know how you got started on writing. i'm interested in starting my own blog or podcast and was unsure how to start. i'm a concussion survivor, that one small moment that has changed my life. i'm feeling the holiday burn again this year. i overestimated my abilities at thanksgiving and am starting to panic about christmas. last year i burn out completely and was out of work for 3 months. i feel like i have just got my feet on the ground again, that i was about at 85% capacity and now, i'm down to 0%. i appreciate your videos and insight! thank you so much.
Hi girls 🤗 nice to have someone who understands me. I just spent 1-1/2 hours going to my sisters house and back (she lives ten minutes away lol) I just move on …… there are many more things like that ahead of me so I don’t let it get to me 🙂
Dan Engle just release his new book, Concussion Repair Manual, last month. It looks good, I think I'm going to get it. He goes over lots of treatments and recommends small amounts of lithium orotate, among other things.
