There are issues with a number of the statements and recommendations here, but I don't have the time or strength. Suffice it to say that you need to learn a lot more than just this, and a lot more about the specific things mentioned here. Not all of them are good and some can harm you. As with so much in life, a lot of it is not that simple but rather more complicated. But some of this was also good.

There are many prescriptions drugs that can and will cause dementia that millions take everyday for different diagnosis…Rx’s for depression antidepressants, allergies, acid reflux, indigestion, antipsychotics, high cholesterol/statins, opioids/painkillers, sleeping aids, seizures.. antihypertensive(High BP), antiepileptics/seizures. Antihistamines, Parkinson’s disease..also those drugs that were prescribed that are now over the counter…do your own research
