Since getting my TBI seven years ago, I haven't stopped recovering. I always have goals but often I get depressed and feel defeated by my difficulties. Eltje is such a positive light. I can relate to these things she's going through, but she's such an amazing encouragement. I hope she never stops believing in her recovery. Never believe -this is all I will ever be. Just because doctors say after six months or three years this is as good as can ever expect to be. RUBBISH. Utter rubbish to say. Hope and determination can overcome a lot of things, including attitude, which is huge when you have brain injury. If I believed those things, I would have given up long ago, but it can be detrimental to morale hear.
Eltje is living a more purposeful, dynamic life than most fully abled people. She is fantastic. 💐

Great that you are doing the hydrotherapy and also eating Salmon. I read that foods high in Omega 3 help us heal the brain 🙂

I wrecked my Harley not wearing my helmet that stopped my heart 3 times, crushed my chest breaking all my ribs multiple times puncturing both lungs, put me into an 87 day coma waking with a 5.5 brain injury requiring relearning life. Once returning home I tried having my doctor do an MRI of my brain to compare to my wreck. He refused telling me that BIG PHARMA will financially destroy any doctor that proves THC restores brain injuries. This upset me so much that I taught myself MOLECULAR SCIENCE and went to the gold shop in KALISPELL MONTANA showing JB how copper transitioned into gold. This got me kicked out and he told 'city council' that I am making FOOLS GOLD from copper pass tests Boiling water proves that 'heat' excites MOLECULES allowing ATOMS to escape.
