My contact with your channel was the video on panic attacks. I have used that video many times to thwart an attack or get me through one that seemed was about to overcome me.
My situation is I am 74 and my husband has dementia, He is at a stage now where he does not have ability to have Conversation. I came up in a family when dinner time was "conversation time" and we raised our 4 (now grown kids) with that idea. I just prepared dinner and served it o him.. took the dog to computer room to eat his dinner and POP this video came up. Honestly.. I have no appetite right now. YOU are there at this moment when I truly am not alone but lonely.l That emotion has not been a theme in my life and Yes! my kids and grandkids are a great support system but right now, I feel lonely. Thanks for talking me through it.
