This webinar, held on November 30, 2023, was presented by Kristin Henning, The Blume Professor of Law and Director of the Georgetown Law Juvenile Justice Clinic. It focused on ways to recognize and prevent the criminalization of normal adolescent behavior by African American youth. Professor Henning discussed strategies to ensure adults working with youth have a full understanding of adolescent development.
