Good day Dr , thank you so much for both explaining and showing how to do the exercise. Looks very helpful. Unfortunately first i can't lie on my back ( need help for the same) , second ( as spasticity increased) . Not able to flex my limbs and do cycling. I did try. Signal not from spine , to hips , limbs . I will see if I can take the help of someone . Thank you so much once again.
