I can definitely back this. Had a ton of concussions and was having memory issues and after like 4 months of keto I realized my memory was a lot better, I was thinking straight and had a better mood.

Psilocybin from psilocybin mushrooms have been shown to stimulate neurogenesis (growth of neurons). Lions mane mushroom has similar effects without hallucinogenic effects and can be bought as a supplement.

Awesome channel, new sub. I suffered a severe TBI at the age of 11 and never received any treatment for it. Never even saw a doctor until recently. I'm nearly 40 now. I just started a keto diet 1 week ago and I can already notice a significant positive difference in how I'm feeling and how my brain is functioning overall. Less brain fog, flooding, and mood swings. More clarity, focus, and enhanced memory. Improved impulse control and sleep habits. It's honestly quite remarkable. I'm excited to see how I feel after several weeks and months as I hopefully continue to improve on this diet. It's almost too good to be true. I'm also happy for my wife. 😜
