As a team, our mission is to focus on children who have suffered traumatic brain injuries and the lasting effects it has had on their lives and more specifically their education. We hope our research will spread awareness for children with TBI and encourage new methods and approaches that will aid their transition back to the school systems.

Hello, my name is Peter Lawryniuk. This is a good video, and very true. When I was 7 years old, I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle, and I was in a coma for 11 days. I needed to relearn everything over again, like walking, talking, eating, using my muscles. It was a long process, but I'm doing it. I can walk, talk, use my muscles, eat. I am now 38 years old, and I am now driving a car, volunteering and working. I went to college a bit. My mother taught me to never give up, and look forwards and not back wards. I wrote a song called miracles, which is about my hospital stay when I was 7 years old, after my accident. It's on my channel here on YouTube. Please check it out. Thank you
Peter
