Can you possibly demo with an actual stroke patient? You did not suffer stroke. You move better than us. You dont have spasticity too. I hope that in some of your future videos you can demo with actual patient, to be more realistic with your therapy

Spasticity and swinging of the leg around, I didn't it all had to do the bending of the knee. I thought I was bending my knee fine. I see that I haven't now. There's so many levels of this I didn't know about I was dealing with. Thank you for the knowledge πŸ™

I'm also in recovery. I been bedridden for almost 4 years due to a slipped disked but I been told by my doctor I have multiple sclerosis. I'm doing therapy however but it's hard due to my muscles are weakened severely on my right side instead of my left. So what steps I can take to exercise more better?
