I wake up at 7, I physically canβt get up before that
Watching this at 4am cuz ughhh I canβt seem to fix this. I used to work different shifts- early morning, morning, afternoon. My sleep cycle changed based on my work and affected my hormonal imbalances too. Now that Iβm on break from work for a few months, I canβt seem to sleep before midnight and wake up in the morning. I used to have dinner by 8pm and sleep by 10-11pm π

Heres another tip I bet:
Stop bringing your phone to bed with you. Make the decision to turn your phone off when you go to sleep and stay away from it, no matter what.
I got to bed at 12am but i am unable to sleep and i sleep at 2-3 am Nothing changes
I will try to just rest my brain 1h before sleep when possible. Read and just plan the next day. Lifetime commitment
This does not exlain how to fix it for shift workers whose shifts change monthly from early, mid to late shifts.
Tunrning off wifi is the best way to fix your sleeping sched π

i think i have insomnia cause i could literally stay in bed with my eyes closed for 4 hours and still canβt sleep like i wanna fix my sleep schedule
Is this one person or is there actually two of them
Take a walk until – 9:15 pm
Take a shower until – 10:00 pm
go down for dinner at – 10:00 pm
finish eating – 11:00 pm
go on my phone until – 11:30 pm
take melatonin at – 11:30 pm
Possibly make tea at – 11:30 ( and drink it along with any other activity Iβll be doing before 12:00)
free time until – 12:00 am ( so I can read, journal, listen to music, do yoga, meditate, etc.)
Go to bed at – 12:00 am
Wake up at – 7:30 am or if that backfires Iβll wake up at 8:00 am
sorry for writing this lol I was just planning out my night routine <3
Extras – Iβll sleep with a fan ( like I usually do) for white noise, and possible play calming music aswell ( might be to much though-)
Iβll get – 7hrs and 30 mins of sleep or 8 hrs

Solution
Go to bed and wake up consistently π€¦πΌββοΈ isnβt this called having a regular sleep schedule.
Sleep or not, when my sleep schedule is completely horrible I stay up:
Staying up does not reset it AT ALL. What I do is go outside at 7-8, literally just sit there, exercise maybe and then eat immediately after.
B4 bed I calm down 2 hrs ahead, fast for 4 hrs, shower right b4 bed.
Then I do a bunch of breathing exercises.
Sleeping at the same time every night isn't so easy. Like cmon, you're giving yourself a bedtime
yeah but what if you canβt go to sleep when you want to in the first place?
β’ I'll wake up at 6:45 am
β’ I will stretch and do a dance routine in the morning
β’ I will have my coffee before 12 in the noon
β’ I will routinely take a shower after dinner
β’ I will limit my phone use with just music an hour before bed
β’ I will turn off all the lights an hour before bed
I will sleep at around 10:45 – 11:00 routinely
