Same thing happened to me except it was inflicted by another human. Can't drink alcohol, coffee have to watch it in general. Ive got thse special drugs that lower the blood pressure in the brain which helps with repair to stop the bleeding, but still sucks dick. I wish they would have told me that in neurology center about not drinking alcohol and coffee. They didn't say anything in fact. Biggest waste of 1100$'s in my life! It took me over 2-3 years to figure that out. Ableit with a bleeding head.
