Emergency medical personnel thought Jordan had died when they first responded to the scene of the accident; his truck had flipped over and he was ejected from the vehicle. But Jordan started breathing and was transported to the hospital, giving his family hope. After his acute care hospital stay, Jordan decided to come to Sheltering Arms Institute for physical rehabilitation to regain movement in his arms and his legs. Jordan said, “When I came to this hospital, I felt way better because I was getting movement in my leg. They have a lot of great equipment that would really help you…This hospital really helps you to get better. This hospital is the best hospital I’ve ever been to.”

Be encouraged. Your life is more than your body, let each day be a day to reflect on the here and now then be patient with yourself. Try to put your thoughts on positive things, so the tears can subside. You got this 👍
