I was hit with a brick on the back of my head. That is when my insomnia started. After 6 years I was lucky to get 2 hours a sleep at night and had to go to the bathroom 6 – 10 times at night. Now on natural progesterone. Rarely need to go to the bathroom during the night. If I do wake up take a 2nd Cyclogest 200mg pressary and go back to sleep. Absolute bliss after 6 years of misery
