Some U.S. diplomats in Cuba diagnosed with mild traumatic brain injuries

According to medical records reviewed exclusively by CBS News, a U.S. doctor who evaluated American and Canadian diplomats working in Havana diagnosed them with conditions as serious as mild traumatic brain injury and likely damage to the central nervous system. So, this is inching towards re-starting a "war" on Cuba, we all know Trump wanted to roll back what Obama did with that relationship. Americans need to appeal to their government to stop this, you cannot just keep bullying other Countries and expect no repercussions??? This isn't right, why aren't journalists asking, if this is indeed true, why would the Cuban govt do this? we're just meant to accept that the Cuban govt woke up one day and decided to give American diplomats brain damage???

Cuba may or may not be the actual culprits. Weaponized Neurology and Biology – are own US Armed Forces and even Law Enforcement (DHS Surplus) are using signal transmission and Combat techniques for Brain and Biological Control and Attacks – on soldiers, sailors, civilians. And on the other side of Cuba – over there at GITMO – it's what the US Military is using on the prisoners held there. One can sit at their computer and Target another via Biometrics and Communication Networks.
