What happens to a victim that has a traumatic brain injury and broken facial bone that wasn't never operated on. On long they have to live. A child in need of surgery to be listed in critical condition instead forced to go to school work and jail. Broken system people hiding vital information from doctors police lawyers judges and DAs to vfc escape jail so child is left suffering for years without proper health care and other bodily injuries. It still hurts some times
