If you have foot drop and somehow this calf/gastrocnemius stretch works for you then what you have might be a FALSE foot drop, the real cause might be the extensor synergy pattern where glutes, quads and gastroc firing in a pattern rather than dorsiflexor weakness (which is the real footdrop seen in stroke)
Can you help my grandson with his feet please I cry about it all the time he has a stiff cafe
So that means i cant fix foot drop
What if it is nerve and muscle damage from GBS?

My left and ankle is partially numb, so I'm not sure where to go with this. I bought some rubber bands for this on Amazon, but do not work. Cheap rubber.
