This is a great exercise to work on the trunk muscles while also working on balance and dissociating the left and right side. If you don’t have the strength in your arm to get it up on the wall, try it with an elbow immobilizer and keep the arms still and just work the legs. It is a great way to work blocking the arm from curling up while you move the legs.
