I feel and act as if I was on deaths door when I sleep 4 hours. I don't know how people exist like that.
I slept for 2 hours only because a drunk man argued with my mother so we slept in our friends house and now we live in a new apartment
The brain is like an office. During the day it's receiving letters, invoices, notes on sticky pads, schedules, mail, etc. and the office gets pretty cluttered. It won't be fun starting a new day with an already cluttered office. When we sleep all the information we obtained during the day at the office is filed away in areas of the brain and when we wake up we feel refreshed in a clean office and our paperwork is filed away. If we didn't get much paperwork all day we don't have as much to file so we need less sleep. The brain is what needs sleep. The human body can get totally refreshed in 15 minutes of relaxation according to old Army handbooks. The brain is what has to sleep and file the paperwork. Committed to memory some say.

I sleep 4 hours and can stay awake for around 20 hours as long as im not bored

I slept for 3 hours and I’m trying to find a vid to help me sleep
Oh my… I haven’t slept. I have to go to school in about 4 hours… I wake up 6:30 pm
I'd be happy if I could sleep for 4 hours every night, because I simply cannot fall asleep. I'm used to staying awake in bed night after night, and it's not because I don't want to sleep. I'd give anything to fall asleep, and awake refreshed in the mornings. It really annoys me when so-called experts harp on about the importance of sleeping for several hours every night. People can't force themselves to sleep; sleep either happens or doesn't happen.
I'd give anything for 4 hours a night. I haven't had more than 2 since I can remember. Often I will just get a hour and maybe 15 minutes a few hours later.

If I sleep 4 hours, I will feel awkward for the next day with some brain fog. 6 to 8 hours is standard for me to feel optimized.

I daily sleep in 5 am at morning and wake up to 8:35 AM get ready for collage at 9:10 and after 12:30 4 lecture complete .

Fast minds don't sleep 8 hours. Everyone is different but for me giving up a 1/3 of my life doesn't make sense. I wanna live and experience more!

Doesn't feel much true for me
I tryied sleeping for 3 hours. Didn't feel tired and felt more concentrated. Then I want for 6, no difference. Then for 7/8, worse since I didn't have enough time to do everything in my routine and I ended up getting a trash grade. Then for 10 hours, felt no difference to 7/8 and was only VERY frustrated because I ended up procrastinating instead.
Not even 6 hours is enough
