Why Athletes Develop Brain Damage & What To Do About It
In this video I discuss the long-term brain damage that occurs with repeated head trauma. This is common among athletes, but also applies to other people who have suffered multiple concussions or significant injury.
I also examine natural therapies to support healing of the brain and reduce inflammation, and finish off discussing a protocol that can be used in this scenario.

Elliot, I have long covid. How do you differentiate traumatic brain injury and a thiamine deficiency, can you have both? Do you know which is more likely to be the culprit between TBI & Thiamine Deficiency for Long Covid. I definitely have brain damage, Thanks.
High dose Omega-3, keto diet, Vielight red light, NAC, ALA, Thiamin (several hundred mg), Phosphotadylcholine, Ginkgo Biloba, Panax Ginseng.
Did I miss any?
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks, but you left out soccer. Using the head to hit the ball (practiced repeatedly) should be banned. Also, avoid medical treatment that cross the blood brain barrier 💉 😉
Another very informative and professional video. Thank you
You should be very careful when sourcing ginseng.
We have extensive ginseng farming in our area and there is a great deal of pesticides used.
Could also be mk ultra
Great info packed in such an accessible format!
Pregnenolone?
I suffered an industrial poisoning that injured my brain, resulting in kindling (excessive neuronal firing). I was given Neurontin (gabapentin) and Effexor as a cocktail. Gabapentin is an anti-seizure medication, so if someone is suffering from constant brain inflamation, I wonder if it would be helpful.
Thank you- you were very informative Easy to understand Keep up the good work
Physical abuse, especially Spousal Abuse coupled with recent incredible Worldwide Plandemic Lockdown, exacerbated by Hunger and sudden Money Flow Cutoff undoubtedly happened. And ordinarily, how many Wives suffer TBI from brutal husbands? Buzz about this!
Great video.
