What if you don’t know what the original trauma was.
I think I have PTSD, ADHD and OCD
I have ptsd from an abusive dad and my therapist showed this to me, idk why but when I’m having bad flashbacks it’s nice to go back to these videos to remind me that people understand can understand how I feel and that I’m not alone, I love u guys
I think i had this at one part of my life. But was able to grow out of it because of Buddhism
I think i have it. I was abused as a baby so i have no memory of it and yet my body keeps telling me i should be anxious even though i dont want to
https://youtube.com/channel/UC3NzsuxOKBQyuUyYnaK3Uww
can infidelity cause ptsd
PTSD and Depression for me are the worst things I deal with on a daily basis. I do take medication for them, but at times it seems like they don't help much.
Talking about it can be helpful at times as I have had experiences where I kept stuff bottled up inside, the outcome wasn't good,it got me into trouble a long time ago.
Watching this video made me feel more ptsd.
All the law of mental health useless against UFOlogy(basically someone had encountered with ufo). Truth is once u reach this kind of mental situation, there is no coming back what u was . U can be ok for people around u like – he is walking, talking, sleeping, eating, working, socialising etc.after experience of this way of life it's completely feels like humans are AI.
There is a reason why I am afraid to speak because of the repression and intimidation for decades from social media and mass perpetrators.
I also received help from the state, but as I live in a small city, I am not receiving adequate protection.
Once again, if the group perpetrators find out that I have reported, they will block all my activities.
i have ptsd from my childhood … I want to let it out from the root but my body reacts differently (badly). i want to get treated but I'm poor. actually
Nice! Now here’s a random info. The atomic number of hydrogen is 1
How does one know if they have it?
I got mine from domestic violence. I usually don’t have panic attacks for some of them but constant flashbacks. It makes me sad. Something that sends me into instant panic attack mode is my dad hurting my mother, or just the threat or fake of the cops being called. I have a very hard time being around anyone that has to do with law enforcement.
Another thing is my financial trauma. We almost lost our house, we couldn’t buy clothing, and struggled buying food. Now when I buy anything over $6 I have a panic attack.
i have cptsd (complex ptsd) from childhood trauma/abuse
can u also get ptsd from cold ? cold tempretures in a long period where u cant do anything about it ? hard to explain hmm
Please consider checking out this video for the latest updates on how to diagnose, prevent, and treat PTSD. Thanks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ehdXBdeQ3NM
Thank you for finally explaining what its like
Whoever animated this needs a raise
I don’t think I have PTSD. But smells and sounds gives me flashback, they’re usually uncomfortable.
I would like to see something like this expand on/include also the Fawn response. It's something people don't regard often but a lot of people experience
I keep hearing therapy in so many videos and from my friend that its so good for it. but for me i really struggle to talk about the things that happened. As it just makes me have to relive it and I don't understand how it can help me at all because of this. ive already been reliving it from having to try writing it out almost everyday from the huge amount of thoughts and emotions that come from it. Im not sure its for me Does anybody else have this?
People that suffer PTSD , keep it to u're self.
My daughter has PTSD and was not born with it
